Tires, ski boxes, wheel carriers - the equipment of Audi's vehicles knows hardly any limits. That's why the car manufacturer wanted a distinctive, visionary customer experience to present the extensive equipment efficiently and down to the last detail.
The realization:
To make this possible, the task was to develop an Augmented Reality app that brings all the highlights of the products to the potential buyers home. The technology of AR Visualizer makes it possible to integrate a virtual 3D model of each Audi model into the real environment using only the smartphone. There, various modifications can be made, the variety of possible equipment discovered and then viewed from every conceivable perspective.
The result:
Consultant, outfitter, catalog - Audi Genuine Parts and Accessories combines all of this in one application. As a virtual stylist, the app uses augmented reality to outfit each car with the four rings individually and makes the purchasing process that little bit easier.
