The mission:
Siemens wanted a real customer experience in the form of an app that would make their new transformer, the Sensformer, stand out at trade fairs. The aim was not only to represent the technical progress, but also to make the advantages of the Sensformer compared to conventional transformers tangible for all visitors to the trade fairs with the help of augmented reality.
The realization:
On this basis, we designed an AR Visualizer App that both realistically represents the transformer and clearly focuses on all its technical features: technical details such as sensor placement, temperature distribution or ventilation systems are visualized on the digital counterpart of the Sensformer, creating a completely new form of data evaluation that can be viewed on any iOS or Android device.
The result:
The Siemens Sensformer app is a real highlight for any trade show. The app offers an unforgettable product presentation in AR that customers can experience for themselves on their smartphones. Data taken directly from the Siemens MindSphere cloud illustrates the use of the innovative device in real time, showing all those advantages that make the competition look pale.
